IISM Surabaya opens as Jakarta edition proceeds for 5th exhibition
Rising from the hugely successful International Indonesia Seafood & Meat Expo (IISM) that will return for its 5th time in Jakarta this 2017, a new edition has been organized in Surabaya to spur businesses across Indonesia’s Eastern region. The IISM Surabaya edition will be held from 19 to 22 April at the Grand City Convex Surabaya and IISM in Jakarta is scheduled to take place later at the Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran from 28 to 30 September. Both exhibitions present industries’ focus on food cold chain technology to meet rising production demands across the food production sector. This encompasses innovations in the supply of top quality seafood and meat products through advanced food processing, packaging machinery as well as logistics including bulk packaging equipment.
